Welcome to Marrakech to Fes. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A reservation is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and a written confirmation email has been sent to the client.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate personal information (full name as on passport, date of birth, nationality, and contact details) at the time of booking.

2. Payments

• Deposit: A minimum deposit of [Insert Percentage, e.g., 30%] is required to secure your booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due [Insert Number, e.g., 14] days prior to the tour start date.
• If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to contact@marrakechtofes.com.

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any bank/PayPal transaction fees.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price will be charged (no refund).
• No Show: No refund will be issued if the client fails to arrive at the designated meeting point.

4. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, emergency evacuation, and loss/damage of personal baggage at the time of booking. Marrakech to Fes cannot be held liable for any costs incurred due to lack of travel insurance.

5. Itinerary Changes

We carefully plan all itineraries; however, we reserve the right to alter or cancel parts of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: extreme weather conditions, road closures, strikes, political unrest, or “Force Majeure.” In such cases, we will provide the best possible alternative without additional cost to the client. If a major change is made prior to departure, the client will have the option to accept the change or receive a full refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure they have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of entry into Morocco, and any necessary visas.
• Clients are responsible for their own health and fitness to participate in the tour (e.g., camel trekking, hiking in gorges).
• Clients must respect local Moroccan laws, customs, and traditions. Marrakech to Fes reserves the right to refuse service or remove a client from a tour without refund if they exhibit disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior.

7. Liability

• Marrakech to Fes acts as an intermediary between the client and local service providers (hotels, camps, restaurants). While we vet all partners carefully, we cannot be held liable for the failure, negligence, or default of these third-party suppliers.
• We are not responsible for personal injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
• Participating in activities such as camel trekking, sandboarding, or 4×4 off-roading carries inherent risks. Clients participate at their own risk.

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint during your tour, please inform your driver/guide immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue on the spot. If the issue remains unresolved, please email us at contact@marrakechtofes.com within 48 hours of the tour concluding.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Marrakech, Morocco.
